Located in Louannec, near Perros-Guirec, Cottage du Lenn offers a beautiful view of the sea, the harbour and Tomé island.
Completely renovated in 2024, this bright house welcomes up to 8 people. It has three bedrooms, an additional sleeping area, three bathrooms or shower rooms, an enclosed garden and a wellness area with hot tub and sauna.
The house is particularly suited to stays with family or friends, just a few metres from the coast and close to the beaches of the Pink Granite Coast.
A BRIGHT HOUSE FACING THE SEA
The veranda is one of the most pleasant spaces in the house. Its large windows allow you to enjoy the view of the sea and harbour, whatever the season.
The open-plan kitchen and dining room form a convivial space for sharing meals. The accommodation also includes a lounge, arranged for relaxing after a day of walking or exploring the region.
The view, brightness and spaciousness of the house are regularly appreciated by our guests.
A CAPACITY OF 8 PEOPLE
Cottage du Lenn offers:
- a first bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed;
- a bathroom with shower, bath and sauna;
- a second bedroom upstairs with a double bed and ensuite shower room;
- a third bedroom with three single beds of 80 cm;
- a small additional sleeping area with a single bed of 80 cm;
- an additional shower room upstairs;
- two toilets.
The house thus welcomes up to 8 guests in a configuration particularly suited to families.
SPA AND SAUNA
The garden features a private hot tub (open all year round) allowing you to enjoy a moment of relaxation outdoors, with a view of the sea.
The house also has a sauna installed in the ground floor bathroom. These facilities allow you to make the most of the accommodation throughout the year.
The hot tub is checked and prepared before each stay. As with any technical equipment, occasional maintenance may exceptionally be necessary; our team remains available in case of any difficulty.
A ENCLOSED GARDEN
The house is surrounded by an enclosed garden of 1,100 m², pleasant for stays with children or a pet accepted in advance.
You will have in particular:
- a terrace of 25 m²;
- garden furniture;
- a barbecue;
- the hot tub;
- private parking for several vehicles.
The terrace and garden allow you to enjoy fine weather and the proximity of the coast.

The kitchen is equipped to prepare meals during your stay:

Perros-Guirec harbour, its restaurants and shops are approximately 500 metres away. The route can be walked, but partly runs alongside a road.
Nearby, you will be able to discover:
- Perros-Guirec harbour;
- Trestrignel and Trestraou beaches;
- Nantouar beach in Louannec;
- the coastal paths of the Pink Granite Coast;
- Ploumanac'h and its pink granite rocks;
- the Archipelago of the Seven Islands;

The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, swimming, water sports and family outings.
The house is located on the edge of the road connecting Louannec to Perros-Guirec. Some traffic noise may be slightly heard from the garden, particularly during peak hours.
