WELCOME TO THE SEASIDE HOUSE – BUGUÉLÈS

The Seaside House is a beautiful, fully renovated holiday home, located between Penvénan and Buguélès harbour, in a peaceful setting on the Côte des Ajoncs.

With its bright rooms, garden, terrace and three bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom, it offers the comfort of a hotel whilst maintaining the privacy and warmth of a family home.

A PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT CLOSE TO THE SEA

From the house, Buguélès harbour, Pellinec cove and the first coastal paths are accessible within about ten minutes on foot.

The house is an excellent starting point for discovering the unspoilt landscapes of the Côte des Ajoncs and the Côte de Granit Rose, from Plougrescant to Perros-Guirec, passing through Port-Blanc, Tréguier and Ploumanac'h.

A COMFORTABLE HOUSE FOR 6 TO 8 PEOPLE

The Seaside House offers:

- a ground floor bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and its own en-suite bathroom;
- a first floor bedroom with two 80 cm single beds that can be joined together to form a 160 cm double bed, with en-suite bathroom and toilet;
- a family bedroom on the first floor with two 80 cm single beds and two 70 cm beds particularly suitable for children, with en-suite bathroom and toilet;
- a large, bright and welcoming living area;
- a comfortable lounge;
- a modern kitchen with central island, fully equipped;
- an unheated conservatory overlooking the garden.

The house comfortably accommodates 6 people. It can welcome up to 8 travellers thanks to two additional beds suitable for children.

COMFORT WORTHY OF A HOTEL

The quality of the bedding and the comfort of the bedrooms are regularly highlighted by our travellers.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, allowing several couples or a family to stay together whilst maintaining their independence.

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental and beds are made before your arrival.

The house benefits from a 1,100 m² garden, a west-facing terrace and a pleasant outdoor space to enjoy fine weather and the evening light.

- Buguélès harbour;
- Pellinec cove;
- Gouermel beach;
- Buguélès tidal mill;
- coastal paths and the GR34;
- Port-Blanc and its sailing school;
- Plougrescant and its famous House between two rocks;
- the characterful town of Tréguier;
- Perros-Guirec and Ploumanac'h;
- the numerous beaches and coves of the Pink Granite Coast.

The surroundings are perfect for walks, rock pooling, kayaking, paddleboarding, sailing and hiking.

The staircase leading to the upper floor has limited headroom in certain places and requires particular attention for tall people.
