Its location allows you to make the most of Perros-Guirec on foot: the harbour, market, bakery, restaurants, shops, walks and water activities are easily accessible from the house.
With its bright spaces, distinctive décor, three bedrooms and a terrace overlooking the basin, Maison du Linkin comfortably welcomes up to 6 people.
AN EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION FACING THE HARBOUR
From the house, the view opens onto the Linkin basin and the boats in the marina. The living area, kitchen, several bedrooms and the terrace allow you to enjoy this maritime atmosphere throughout your stay.
A play area is located just opposite the house, a real advantage for families. The miniature harbour also allows children and adults alike to pilot small electric boats on the basin.
You will be able to stay without systematically using your car and easily reach the shops, restaurants, market and coastal walks.
