Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, with no direct neighbours, Ty Gouermel is a characterful Breton house surrounded by extensive gardens. It offers a particularly peaceful and unspoilt environment, just 300 metres from Gouermel beach.
From the upstairs bedrooms and part of the garden, you will enjoy a beautiful view over the sea and the wild landscapes of Plougrescant.

Carefully renovated, this house of approximately 80 m² combines the charm of stone and exposed beams with comfortable amenities.
It comprises:
* One upstairs bedroom with a 160 cm double bed
* A second upstairs bedroom with three 80 cm single beds
* A bathroom on the ground floor
* A separate WC
* A warm living area with lounge and dining space
* A fully equipped open-plan kitchen
The bedding, recently renewed, is particularly appreciated by our guests.
A PEACEFUL RETREAT, CLOSE TO THE SEA
After a day spent on the coast, return to the warm atmosphere of the house and enjoy the stove for your autumn and winter evenings.
Outside, Ty Gouermel has an unfenced garden with no overlooking properties, as well as a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Two to three vehicles can be parked on the property.
THE BEACH WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE
A small path allows you to reach Gouermel beach in about ten minutes on foot.
From the house, you can easily enjoy:
