WELCOME TO THE VILLA DES TEMPS MODERNES

Located in Trégastel, the Villa des Temps Modernes is a spacious single-storey house of 200 m², designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

Its large living spaces, four bedrooms, terrace with no overlooking neighbours and landscaped garden make it a particularly suitable place for family holidays, time with friends or multi-generational stays.

Grannec beach is approximately 800 metres away and Landrellec beach is approximately 1.3 kilometres away.

A SPACIOUS AND WELCOMING HOUSE

The main room combines a large lounge, dining room and open-plan kitchen around a bright space opening directly onto the terrace and garden.

The different spaces allow you to share meals and moments of conviviality whilst retaining enough room for everyone to enjoy their stay at their own pace.

The kitchen with central island is equipped to prepare meals for eight people.

AN IDEAL CONFIGURATION FOR TWO FAMILIES

The house has four bedrooms:

- a bedroom with a 180 cm bed and private bathroom;
- a bedroom with a 160 cm bed;
- a bedroom with a 140 cm bed;
- a bedroom with two single 90 cm beds.

The sleeping areas are divided into two distinct parts of the house. This arrangement is particularly appreciated for two families, several couples or a stay bringing together different generations.

The villa also includes three bathrooms or shower rooms and separate toilets.

A COMPLETELY SINGLE-STOREY HOUSE

All main rooms and bedrooms are on the same level.

This configuration facilitates movement around the house and is particularly suitable for families with young children as well as those wishing to avoid stairs.

However, complete accessibility for people with reduced mobility is not guaranteed.

A LARGE LANDSCAPED GARDEN

The house opens onto a vast enclosed garden with varied vegetation, creating a particularly exotic green atmosphere.

The large terrace with no overlooking neighbours allows you to enjoy meals and relaxation outdoors.

You will have access to:

- an outdoor dining area;

- sun loungers;
- a barbecue;
- a large space for children;
- private parking on the property.

The garden, terrace and peaceful surroundings are regularly cited as the house's strong points.
