This large Breton stone house comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. Its large bay windows, wooden terrace and vast garden allow you to enjoy the maritime landscape throughout your stay.

The house is located in a peaceful environment, close to Port-l'Épine beach and coastal paths. It is an ideal starting point for discovering Perros-Guirec, Tréguier and the landscapes of the Pink Granite Coast.

From the living areas, the terrace and several spaces upstairs, your gaze is drawn to the sea, the islets and the coastline of Perros-Guirec. The large openings bring beautiful natural light and give the house a direct relationship with its surroundings.

The lounge with fireplace allows you to enjoy the panorama in every season. It opens onto a large wooden terrace, arranged for meals and moments of relaxation facing the bay.

On the ground floor, the house comprises:

- a mezzanine offering a direct view of the sea.

The presence of a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor provides greater comfort for families bringing together multiple generations.

The villa is surrounded by a large enclosed landscaped garden. The space allows children to play and adults to enjoy the peace and quiet of the property.

You will have access to:
