Our spacious 70 m2 apartment, ideally located facing Tresmeur beach, offers breathtaking sea views with its three balconies directly overlooking the sea, so you can enjoy breathtaking panoramas at any time of day.

"Les Meloines" features two comfortable bedrooms, perfect for up to 4 people. The first room has a double bed, ideal for couples, while the second room has two single beds, perfect for children or friends traveling together.
After a day spent exploring the region's natural beauty or lounging on the beach, you can relax in our bright living room, equipped with all the comforts you need. A fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare delicious meals using local produce, which you can enjoy while admiring the sunset from one of our balconies.You'll also have access to an indoor swimming pool (15mx4m), heated all year round, so you can relax whatever the weather.

A parking space is at your disposal, with a terminal for electric vehicles available. The residence is secured with an on-site janitor, ensuring your peace of mind. An elevator is also available for your convenience.

Please note that the new Centre Philippe-Joppé will officially open on July 13, 2024.
