WELCOME TO THE SEASIDE HOUSE – BUGUÉLÈS

The Seaside House is a beautiful, fully renovated holiday home, located between Penvénan and Buguélès harbour, in a peaceful setting on the Côte des Ajoncs.

With its bright rooms, garden, terrace and three bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom, it offers the comfort of a hotel whilst maintaining the privacy and warmth of a family home.

A PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT CLOSE TO THE SEA

From the house, Buguélès harbour, Pellinec cove and the first coastal paths are accessible within about ten minutes on foot.

The house is an excellent starting point for discovering the unspoilt landscapes of the Côte des Ajoncs and the Côte de Granit Rose, from Plougrescant to Perros-Guirec, passing through Port-Blanc, Tréguier and Ploumanac'h.

A COMFORTABLE HOUSE FOR 6 TO 8 PEOPLE

The Seaside House offers:

- a ground floor bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and its own en-suite bathroom;
- a first floor bedroom with two 80 cm single beds that can be joined together to form a 160 cm double bed, with en-suite bathroom and toilet;
- a family bedroom on the first floor with two 80 cm single beds and two 70 cm beds particularly suitable for children, with en-suite bathroom and toilet;
- a large, bright and welcoming living area;
- a comfortable lounge;
- a modern kitchen with central island, fully equipped;
- an unheated conservatory overlooking the garden.

The house comfortably accommodates 6 people. It can welcome up to 8 travellers thanks to two additional beds suitable for children.

The quality of the bedding and the comfort of the bedrooms are regularly highlighted by our travellers.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, allowing several couples or a family to stay together whilst maintaining their independence.

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental and beds are made before your arrival.

Situated alone on a promontory facing the sea, La Maison de Pellinec benefits from a rare location in Port-Blanc, on the Côte de Granit Rose.

Here, the sea and islets accompany every moment of the day. The landscape evolves with the rhythm of the tides, offering from the house and its terrace an ever-changing spectacle. An ideal setting to get together with family or friends, slow down and fully enjoy Brittany.

A RENOVATED HOUSE FOR 7 PEOPLE

With an area of approximately 70 m², the house can accommodate up to 7 travellers.

It comprises:
